The Pinzgauer

The Pinzgauer makes a perfect platform as an Expedition Vehicle. Heres a few pics that I have taken or have been emailed to me.

Notice on the red pinzgauer below, the side doors. Shows that this was originally a 710k(Radio hardtop). Turned it into a decent looking truck:

The famous VW Pop Top Pinzgauer. This one been around. Guy cut and spliced a VW Pop Top bus onto a Pinzgauer platform. Very handy:

This one is a very capable expedition setup. Not only is it a 6x6, but the rare 6x6 hard top. A couple sweet things about this rig are the winch and front gaurd. The extended snorkel setup. The spotlight above the driver appears to be one of those remote lights that rotate. A very sweet setup for sure:

Below is another 6x6 setup. This one has the soft top but has a nice roof rack custom built for it:

Below are pictures of one that has been completly gone thru and converted to a long range expedition camper. This thing has everything you need: Stove, tent, awning, fridge, battery backup, solar panels, extra fuel, comfy seats, custom center console! What more could you ask for! Sweet setup:
